Driver Dial acts solely as a connecting platform between passengers and drivers. We do not facilitate, handle, or guarantee financial transactions made directly between users (e.g., cash payments or direct peer-to-peer transfers). We are not responsible for any financial loss, disputes, or errors arising from transactions settled directly between a driver and a passenger.
Our platform displays both Verified (KYC completed) and Unverified drivers. While verification adds a layer of trust, it does not guarantee safety or behavior. It is the passenger's sole responsibility to choose which driver they wish to engage with. By using the service, you acknowledge that selecting an unverified driver is done entirely at your own risk.
We prioritize a safe community but cannot control the real-time actions of individuals. In the event of harassment, abuse, or misconduct by a driver or passenger, our authority is strictly limited to suspending or permanently banning the offending account from our platform. We are not liable for legal compensation, damages, or personal injury resulting from the behavior of third-party users.
Any "Pro" memberships, subscription plans, or digital services purchased through the Driver Dial platform are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or transferred to another account, regardless of usage frequency.
To ensure user privacy and security, once a driver’s Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process is approved, we automatically permanently delete copies of government-issued ID proofs (such as Driving Licenses or National IDs) from our servers. We retain only the Selfie/Live Photo for profile display purposes to assist passengers in identifying their driver.
You retain full ownership of your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers, you may:

By using this app, you acknowledge that no physical signature is required to validate this agreement. We capture and store your Device Fingerprint, IP Address, and timestamp at the moment of acceptance. These digital markers serve as binding legal proof of your consent to these terms and will be used as evidence in any necessary legal procedures.
By clicking the "I Agree", "Sign Up", or "Login" button, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Terms and Conditions page in its entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep the platform active 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are
not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by server downtime, bugs, maintenance, or network
failures.

to the collection and tracking of your real-time location data to facilitate ride matching and safety

12. Amendments to Terms
Driver Dial reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified
via the app or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new
terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Odisha,
Berhampur(Dist-Ganjam). Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of
the courts in that region.
